Wiley and the Hairy Man
Educational Theatre of Idaho presents “Wiley and the Hairy Man” - a spine-tingling tale of a boy and his worst fears in the swamp - eventually overcome by Wiley himself. Set deep within the mysterious Tombigbee Swamp, Wiley and the Hairy Man centers around a young fatherless boy, his conjure-woman mother, his faithful dog, and the Hairy Man who haunts Wiley’s days and dreams. The award-winning play by Susan Zeder features live banjo music and is perfect for young audiences.

Thursday, December 4: 7 p.m.
Friday, December 5: 7 p.m.
Saturday, December 6: 2 p.m. and 7 p.m.
Tickets are $15 for adults, $5.50 for students. Advance tickets can be purchased from the Educational Theatre of Idaho’s website.
Auditions - Sadie Flynn Comes to Big Oak
Auditions for the Alpine Playhouse’s 2026 Winter Carnival production “Sadie Flynn Comes to Big Oak” by Norm Foster will be on Monday, November 17th at 6:30 p.m. at the Alpine Playhouse; callbacks (if necessary) will be on Tuesday, November 18th at 6:30 p.m. The show will go up January 29-31 and February 5-7.
The play is an adult-themed comedy about events in a small town when a femme fatale arrives with business to attend to. Casting is for two men and two women.
